Specialist in the field of disability studies. Professor and researcher with more than 15 years of experience as an undergraduate and graduate teacher. He has studied social and cultural representations on disability as well as the different theoretical perspectives that attempt to define this phenomenon. He has also inquired into the production of disability and ableism in higher education, as well as the social policies for this population. At present, he is exploring the transformative regulations and the impact of the non-contributory disability pensions policy during the last 25 years.
