Her research work inquires into the experiences of women in political activism during the 1970s, from an approach that links recent history, oral history and regional history with a gender perspective. In recent times she was has progress in investigating that period from an approach that revives the contributions of social history of labor and its connections with gender theory, inquiring into the way in which the transformations that took place during the 1960s and 1970s deeply affected experiences of sociability between the sexes in the world of work and (re)shaped the representations built around the working woman.
